The Gueulard +, an information center, an associative pole and a bar, is an equipment dedicated to popular music with a theater of 400 places and three studios. His artistic and cultural project is dedicated to musical activities (distribution, coproduction, training, information) for young groups and regional talents. Cultural actions (mediation between art production and audience, education about hearing risks), arts education and amateur music are part of the project, dedicated to popular music, with a « Wolrd Music » emphasis.
