The music and arts export bureau of New-Caledonia (Poemart) is a non-profit organisation established in 2007 by the Government of New Caledonia to help address the need for support for musical creation, professionalization (various training courses), promotion (media actions in motion under the brand name Endemix and "Les flèches de la musique", a yearly live TV and radio award show) and broadcasting abroad (financial and network support). In 2012, the Poemart opened to other forms of art (dance, theatre and visual arts) with the intention to give a broader view of New Caledonian artistic production.
