Located at the top of Menilmontant, le Studio de l'Ermitage is atypical. In the early 1900s it housed the famous Brun biscuit factory. The Studio has kept a factory feel to it, with 200 sq meters on the main level and a 100 sq meter mezzanine along three sides. Ten years ago le Studio de l'Ermitage became a concert venue, with predominantly jazz and world music concerts playing five times a week all year long. And a little treat, the possibility to watch the concerts with a drink in hand at the palace bar.
